Yes. Your company and your employees don’t have to worry about cash. Each attendee is given a pre-loaded RFID wrist band that they can use at any food, drink or experience offering on site. Pay by tapping. Each wristband will be loadede with a pre-agreed balance. If that runs out, guests can top up their wrist bands with their own debit or credit cards at the on site top up kisoks.
Absolutely ! We will work with you to bring to life your company’s brand and culture. We can also liaise with you on food and drink choices, and create a bespoke music, entertainment , and entertainment plan to create a memorable party for all.
We can cater to up to 5,000 people. There is a 500 person minimum on a single booking. There will also be mixed party nights for smaller teams.
The minimum capacity for a exclusive venue hire is 500 people.
Yes, parking will be available at RDS Simmonscourt. There is also coach parking and EV charging points.

Connectopia will mostly be booked exclusively on any given night. Smaller teams will be given the opportunity to share the venue with similiar sized parties on certain dates TBC.
